Having worked with a number of mortgage providers through the years, I keep coming back to 1st 2nd for their superior products and service. I don't know how they manage to get better rates than the rest of the market, but I am happy to be pleasantly surprised every time. The usually painstaking process of supplying documentation and information is also made easier by an intuitive service portal which keeps everything up to date and in one place. In short, getting the best rate and company is only one part of buying a house, but 1st 2nd make it easy, and remove one headache from the process.
