The worst service in the world, they took my case, I was calling for more than two months to find out the necessary information, they sent me to receive therapies and only until I finished the therapies did they let me know that the policy of the car that crashed me did not cover my therapies, They only wasted my time and money and now my insurance is the one who must pay for all the therapies I received for a crash that was not my fault. We started on December 4 and two and a half months later they tell me information as basic as an insurance policy hahahahahahahahahahahaha THEY'RE A JOKE.

I had such an amazing experience with Mike and his team. They were very efficient they kept me in the loop about everything. Jennie handled a lot of it and she stayed in close contact and always made sure I had whatever information I needed and was almost always available if I had questions or got back to me very quickly!!!
