My fianc was hit by a car in 2019 while crossing a crosswalk. It was an incredibly devastating moment and she was lucky to be alive after a fractured wrist, broken bones in her foot, and abrasions all over her body. Not to mention the new reality of rehabilitation both psychologically and physically at the age of 24. Neither of us had been in a situation like that before. We didn't understand how quickly we needed to act w/ finding legal help, and to be honest, we didn't have the energy to deal with a big search at the time. There really arent enough great things to say about Brian Breiter & his law office. I first met Brian when he visited me in the hospital after I was hit by a car. The car ran a red light while I was crossing the street on foot. I had fractures in both legs, multiple vertebrae, my left arm & face. And two joints in my right arm had to be completely rebuilt. It was a lot to handle physically, mentally, emotionally. And I was going to need help with the legal side of things. I was immediately struck by Brians warm personality & his sense of humor, and impressed with his knowledge & manner. I wasnt able to move much & in a considerable amount of pain, but talking with Brian & trading quips during that meeting made me feel pretty good. Id met with some other lawyers, but it was obvious to me, the others in the room, that I had found the person I wanted to & was going to work with. There wasnt honestly any competition. Along with Brian, I worked with the amazing Mark Rubashkin. They both counseled me through the process, and kept me updated with how the case was progressing. They also checked in to see how I was doing. It was clear to me that they & their team cared for me as a person, not just a client. My case spread over a few years, and they were always available to talk & answer any questions I had. I also worked with Omar Roque, a paralegal in their office, who is amazing. Working on the legal case while also focusing on my physical rehabilitation was a lot to keep organized.
