        Same as Brizels review below - they were eager and attentive when we paid for the original pest control procedure but after calling for them to come back within the one year warranty, they canceled on my day of and rescheduled for a week later. I waited all day and finally called them and they let me know they could not get a hold of the pest control person who was supposed to come out and I would have to wait another 5 days. So fax my appointment has been pushed out by 2 weeks and they didnt even have the decency to call me today to say they werent coming. So unprofessional, what a joke. Im already dreading dealing with this 1 year warranty for the remainder of the year
