8/27/2022:
Proprietor's AC breaks, proprietor reaches out daily to pm co. for permission to use crane and replace the condenser, pm co. takes 5 days to respond.
These folks are CHARLATANS, and they're feckless. They don't follow through on anything the board asks of them. They don't return calls to proprietors (who pays them), and when you visit they don't open the door "because of COVID". They don't do their job; feckless.
Call me again and threaten me with a restraining order; you HACK! You know who you are.
August, 2022:
Sent an email with 4 or 5 proprietors in the CC list, NO REPLY.
Rampant FECKLESSNESS.
FFWD to 02162024: HOA dues sent by my banking institution. Now they say they didn't' receive this month's HOA payment. Now let's see them play with the bank how they play with people. FYI Banks have lawyers and they don't appreciate fraud.
3/1/2024: Payment received.
3/11/2024: So we're trying to fire these folks. In response, our property management account manager issues threats of suing for libel and defamation. Why? Well for calling, IN MY OPINION, the Co. feckless, dubious, and nefarious of course. What a contemporary, Liberal-Democrat, move. Ref. E Jean Carrol. Sad to see useful idiots imitating and plundering the law. Typical authoritarian and tyrant move though, not surprised.

Working with this company has been extremely disappointing on all fronts. I am a graduate student renting through a woman who owns a condo with a PR property. We paid our security deposit via check in January 2023, and they waited until late November 2023 to deposit the check. Of course, after 180 days the check voids, and they werent able to deposit it WELL over 180 days later, but they still had the audacity to charge us a fee for a bad check. We paid the fee because we had no choice and I went in person to deliver a new check. There was no one there in the middle of the work day. I left the check in the deposit box as instructed. I called and no one answered the phone, so I left a message. I emailed and used the website feature months ago in December and never received a response. PR never returned ANY of my attempts of communication, but I did see that the money left my bank account (which I was able to document). Weeks later my landlord did receive a notice that I never brought a new check to pay the deposit and fee (good thing I took pictures and documented everything though emails and via my bank). I still havent heard back from anyone in this office. Absolutely horrific management of peoples money.
