        If you like to have customer support that you can speak to personally or you like to speak to anyone for that matter, I'd recommend using another company. The only way to communicate with this company is by email or chat and it's beyond frustrating to say the least!!! I can't log-in to our management tool and there is absolutely no way for me to get in-touch with anyone, and the only number they have listed never gets you to a human-being. I normally don't like leaving negative reviews but it's become so irritating that I feel like I have no other choice. Save yourself the stress and look at other companies.
