Fit2Run, The Runner's Superstore

Ordered 2 weeks ago and they took my money but now wont respond to my contact with the webstore email shown on their site. No updates. Lousy service so far

I had an excellent experience at Fit2Run Destin, largely thanks to their exceptional service. I walked in with some uncertainty about what I needed, but Shawn quickly guided me through the process. He asked all the right questions, offered intelligent recommendations for both shoes and inserts, and patiently waited as I tried various combinations. I never felt pressured into a sale; instead, I was given a range of helpful solutions to consider. Thanks to Shawn's help, I'm thrilled with my choice AND confident in my purchase! It was refreshing for me to receive such informative and personalized service in a retail store. Fit2Run Destin is a quality establishment that deserves support from the community.

HOKA, On-Cloud, Brooks,Diadora, all the good quality shoes. Especially for running. They have it. They have a tread so you can try the shoes on while running.

Their shoe collection is amazing, and they are willing to pinpoint the main source of your feet complications. They'll help you with their amazing shoes and insoles to help with that issue. Very empathetic & sympathetic to your needs. Everyone that works there are amazing in everyway however characteristics and personality speaks volumes if you're in the area if Jose is working that time he will do his best to make you feel comfortable and help you with your needs

Exceptional customer service! From the moment I walked in the store the staff was able to able to help me find a great running shoe to meet my goals. They did a thorough analysis of the pressure points on my feet and educated me on what products would work best for me to help alleviate pain associated with prior injuries. I will definitely be using this as my go to running store.
