We stayed at 5232 Tivoli Drive last week. The pillows were badly stained, one shower curtain has been peed on, curtains hanging half on half off the rod, filthy rug in kitchen, no batteries in remotes, steering going out on the golf cart I could go on. Management sent someone out to to help and he treated us like it was no big deal. Do not stay here.

This text message from the owner of Beach Blue - Ralph Abraham - says it all. After a financially devastating year with them managing, poor occupancy at very low rates and then seeing this terrible review (doctored, Im sure to make it look as though we are apathetic owners) from a guest, we decided to part ways. Their agent Phyllis then became unresponsive to my inquiries about where I could find the original linens, door lock, and key to storage room. So, I decided to contact the owner of the company - Mr. Abraham- who was not interested in the least about what I felt were unfair and even dishonest fees. From the gate he was defensive and dismissive before even hearing what I wanted to tell him. And so he texted me this. As a remote owner, 800 miles away, our former realtors who sold us the property - Jake and Beverly Karraker with Engel & Volkers Florida, referred us to Beach Blue and handled the transition after the purchase. They would be the last real estate agent that Mr. Abraham referenced in his text. We learned after the purchase that Beach Blue gave them a commission for steering us to them. And, judging from the text and their failure to respond to my requests for help, I imagine they are in cahoots to get as much money out of their clients as possible without regard for transparency, integrity or common decency. Once the deals been done and theyve put their money in the bank and you are no further use to them, a client is treated like trash. Beach Blue made thousands on commissions, maintenance and junk fees while also doing a dismal job of actually taking care of our property and booking it which is what they were hired to do. I recommend that any owners seeking management or guests seeking accommodations go elsewhere. I would like to mention that their employee Jeremy Stambaugh was always courteous, honest and a straight shooter.

I would not recommend this company. We stayed in Destin for the 2nd time recently and inadvertently ended up with this company as the property manager. The property had continuously new problems (some of which were blatant safety hazards) the entirety of our 8 day stay and while the management did respond in a timely manner, the methods they used to fix each issue were cheap temporary fixes at best. I have to assume that this is how they care for all their properties. The result is exactly what we ended up with: a home that is not only NOT ready for guests upon entry but one that is unsafe and a constant inconvenience. There are quite a few alternatives for renting properties in Destin - I would steer clear of Beach Blue. (Russel Vacations, however, managed a wonderful property where we stayed for our first trip to Destin in 2022)

Our Realtor recommended these guys to manage our rental property. We've been very happy with their services. They deliver responsive service for our guests and take care of the small problems that come up, keeping our property in great condition.
