I highly recommend Skymark Roofing. They finished replacing my roof in a very timely manner. The crew did an excellent job replacing my roof. They also covered all my plants to prevent damage and did an excellent job in cleaning up.

They did a fine job. They worked hard to get the gutter color we wanted. Stripped and installed the new roof in 1 day. They resolved any issues we had quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Skymark Roofing.

I have requested several pieces of information to update the wind mitigation inspection; however, I've only received pictures. I still need a copy of the permit, signed off, and swr. I've asked twice and still have not gotten a reply. First time, I was sent photos from another home, second time I got the right photos, but not the other items. This is holding up my homeowners insurance reduced rates and we all know how difficult it is with insurance companies no longer writing in FL. Would really appreciate receiving everything I need to finish up with my inspector and insurance company. This is an office/admin challenge. The roof itself looks really good and was completed quickly.
