        Terrible experience. They failed at getting my dogs international travel papers. They charged me $570 and then tried to tell me that I needed to spend almost another $100 to have the paperwork returned to me via FedEx. I told them this was not the case. The Dr basically called me a liar. I asked to have my money refunded, which they did do and had the same paperwork cometed at Harborside Animal Clinic the next day for $360 dollars and the paperwork was electronically returned to their office the same afternoon for no additional fee. These guys are just preying on people's needs and price gouging. Stay away!

      Sandy,Funny how you deem us as a "rip off" with nothing but money on our minds simply because you refuse to pay an exam fee for you pet. It is you who has money on your mind... We have only seen your pet once and it was over 6 months ago for an ear infection. You calling us, demanding ear meds for a reoccurring ear infection, that you self diagnosed is not how we run our hospital. We put the care and well being of our patient's first. We do not bow down to difficult client's threatening bad reviews. Hopefully you have addressed your pet's need for a veterinarian. We have inactivate you as a client and have emailed you a copy of your pets records.
