They were able to give me a specific time, and started working on the vehicle, an older Mercedes diesel, almost immediately. The work on my air conditioning was done in less than two hours. It now works perfectly. And the price was very fair. Plus the waiting area is immaculate and comfortable and well stocked with current magazines. I will definitely use Pine Ridge Imports again! My most recent visit was because of steering wheel vibrations at higher speeds. As suspected this was due a wheel balancing problem which Pine Ridge performed in about an hour or less. The issue was solved and the vibrations are now gone. Recently our vintage 1990 Mercedes 350 SDL developed a leak under the engine. It was from the fuel thermostat which needed to be replaced. None of the local dealers or supply sources has it. Pine Ridge Imports was able to locate one in California on a Friday. It was shipped and it arrived 5 days later. The car was repaired and works perfectly again. Update Jan 2023: Transmission was slipping and I was worried that Id have to replace sit on my 1990 Benz. However they told me it was just a low transmission fluid level. They replaced the fluid and its been fine since. They also replaced the regulator on a rear window which had stopped working. This job also was done and were able to pick up the vehicle the next day. Update : we had done additional problems and ultimately did in fact have to replace the transmission on our 1990 Benz diesel. They were able to locate a rebuilt transmission in Atlanta area and installed it last week. So far the car has been running fine. Update 5/9/23: our classic 1990 350SDL developed a leak from the radiator hose. They were not able to get the part from Mercedes or anywhere else in the USA from any of their sources. So they had to get creative and fabricate one. So far all seems ok! Pine Ridge Imports knows their German auto repair, thats for sure!! Services: Auto water leak repair, Air conditioning
