If you're reading this review and serve on a board of an association in Naples, FL - you will want to read this review all of the way through. Steve Bracci, has been a really great thing for our homeowners association(s). I can't say enough about Steve & his staff. While I admit he has a small office, he is attentive to his clients and looks to build a long term relationship. Our three associations have been with Steve for nearly a year after being controlled long-term by the developer during the economic crash. He's been diligent at helping us create a game plan to get our association(s) back on track. He bills his time fairly and accurately, unlike other small attorneys in the area. He's enabled us to gain control over our association collections, aided us with addressing enforcement of our covenants. While we still have a long way he has been diligent in this process in blazing a path of improvement. Michelle Bracci, Steve's wife & paralegal has been a great partner along side of Steve in servicing our association (s). If your association is looking for a switch give Steve a call, you won't be sorry. Delinquency within an HOA requires a structured legal team to stay on top of the timelines & Steve & Michelle remain clearly focused on the timeline. I've also used them for my personal home closing and couldn't be happier - he saved me about $500 when he reviewed the HUD-1- Closing Statement.
