    Useless people. They overcharge and cant even give an explanation of why the bill is so high. I cancel my service and still charging me for a line its not even active it.

    There were only a couple of people ahead of me, and only two associates working. They took an enormous amount of time with customers ahead of me by over explaining and performing data transfers which could've been done by the customers themselves instead of holding up the line. The associates seemed nice, but they took entirely too long to assist.

    As a family account of 5 lines, we have been with SPRINT FOR FOVER 24 YEARS. Sadly, the store on 41 next to the fresh market and Peppis pizza had closed! Also the other store of T mobile on Pine Ridge and airport by Target closed as well! So the only 2 options are the one by Home Depots and the other one by traders joe on the cover of immokalee and 41.. A few days ago, I visited the T- mobile closed by the home depots, got the night mare service that no one deserves! What cam i say, in days like these an employee can make u or brake u, nothing in between, as we all know how hard it is to hire the good help, and at least someone concious of the help and service given to a customer, and for sure u cannot judge the whole organization based on a young kid's Atitude! And who knows, most probably was his first job, but despite all that, the secret for any service given and received is BEING HUMBLE, and ready to do an extra mile, to get a customers satisfaction... and this last goes both ways! At least in my books. Anyone would expect to hear, WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU? simple phrase to light up ur day and get ur engine running on gas, towards a resolution of an issue that u come to fix. The paradigm behind all this Travesty that, it took 2 minutes and only 2 LONG MINUTES, TO MAKE US AS A FAMILY START LOOKING FOR A SUB to this service given to us by SPRINT FOR ALMOST 1/4 A century... my samsung z2 fold decided to work ONLY once by the WIFI and only receive calls through Whatsapp..GO FIGURE. in simple words, i was in the receiving end from someone who did not wake up on the wrong side of the bed, but most probably fall off some cliff. Was my issue fixed? OF COURSE ! Not and felt like someone begging for help and service. When I asked if I could bring another phone to set up, The answer was NEGATIVE.. WITH A LOUD VOICE quote: WE SET UP PHONES THAT WE SELL ONLY! but U ARE MY CARRIER, and you are selling the samsung products, and if i got my new phone from samsung to attach the stupid phone to ur network! Where is the problem, what kind of service is it? In other words, this young fellow is the man in charge, the Manger, the God-given gift to all the T- mobile users...! I wish I could say BRING BACK SPRINT...! It possible.. the 2 stars I put on top, simply for residual image of SPRINT, as for the new great service I got in return as a loyal customer, 1/2 a star would be too much! Thanks to the young man called R........d. better not to write his name, and I wish he could grow in grace, to understand how valued could be one customer, as my wife says it, most probably when we signed up with sprint this employee was still a toddler for a lack of better words, what truly shocked me was his Statement once I told him that we were with sprint for over 24 years, as he replied Negatively by saying something to the effect of, SPRINT didn't do good by their customers as everyone was paying the rental, even once the phone was paid off... HUHHH WHAT? NOT TRUE..upsolutly a lie, and why saying something derogatory about a company that T-moble acquired? ..anyway, my ears were wide open, & my heart was more than welcoming for anything coming my way as an option to buy or upgrade or anything that could have. Resolved this major problem on my hand! I wish everyone a better day and a better service! And everyone deserves a second chance! After all 24-plus, years is a true statement for how excellent Sprint's services were. NOTE: For sure, i will be receiving an answer and most probably from the manager in charge, that most probably he or she cares about their job-position.. ( copy and paste) as for all the other combas speaking their mind after receiving bad service! I DONT NEED NOTHING FROM UR END! WISH I WAS MORE SENSITIVE MAY BE! BUT THESE ARE TRUE FACTS THAT NEEDS REMEDYS.. useless to write me ur email since it is posted on almost each follow-up response, rather than training the newcomers in the industry! Get them to be sociable, friendly, and curious about knowing the customers that pay their salaries! After all, we are all humans.
