I have been going to this studio for many years and absolutely love Erika and all of the instructors. The diversity of the classes offered help to keep my workouts fresh and fun! No two classes are ever the same so there is no way one can ever get bored at The Sand Barre. The classes are intense and invigorating and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Lastly, the members of the flock are special too, I truly enjoy all those that attend and sweat along me each and every class. If you are looking to transform your body in an all inclusive welcoming studio this place is for you.

Its my sanctuary, the instructors are invested in you reaching your goals. The members cheer you on, and the variety of classes keep you challenged. Come and find your flock. I know I did. I had to have a hip replacement and they helped me prepare and 2months later back at the studio. The support I received helped so much.

Theres no place else Id rather begin my day! The Sand Barre offers a myriad of classes for all fitness levels. Class offerings are diverse and new class ideas are considered that keep me wanting to try something different. My favorite part about working out here is the fabulous community of ladies - encouraging, friendly and supportive!

Love this place! The classes are so amazing and so motivating! Ive never worked out my whole life. Just started two years ago and Im so happy with the results. Im stronger and healthier thanks to these ladies!

I had never attempted a workout regime in my life before attending the Sand Barre 2 years ago. Just walking in, I was nervous and intimidated and thought I would never enjoy this experience. I couldnt have been MORE WRONG! Everyone I met was friendly in a very real way, and encouraged me as I learned what to do. These girls have become community and support and my body has never been stronger. Joining the Sand Barre has been such a joy and has renewed my hope in female companionship.
