My Wife and recently had a pool installed in our North Naples home and were in need of connecting the gas pool heater to the home gas line which required a regulator on the run. When I reached out and connected with Al he answered my call (not a VM) and agreed to come to our home the very next day for an estimate and to connect the heater that same visit. Next morning came and I got call 1st thing and Al actually came early quoted a great price and got to work. The work was very professional Al even painted the line as nice aesthetic touch. Our pool heater stopped working on a weekend. I couldnt get anyone to come out before the following week. Al came on that Saturday, he and Mark diagnosed the problem and returned on Sunday to finish the repair. We will be using them to install a generator in the spring. Cant recommend them enough!!!! J&M Total Gas Services provides great service. They came out quickly and stayed well beyond their closing time to diagnose and fix the problem. The owner, Al, is top notch. Very quick to respond and a very nice guy and very thorough. Highly recommend.
