They quoted a price unseen for a move out. I told them I needed certain things cleaned(oven included) and the size of home (1100 sqr feet, 2 bed 2 bath)After being canceled on our time they said they could not be there because the house before us was way more dirty than they thought.They said they could come first thing in the morning. Should had been my first red flag but I was desperate. They finally show up around 12. Then proceed to tell me its going to be 200 more because we have an animal and I didn't tell them...hmmm... I think that's something they should ask... anyway, it gets worse.. because we had to be out that day.. When they got there, they up charged me 200 because of animal hair on blinds.... wth. I told them i would only go up 100. Shouldn't have done that. So they sent progress pics wich looked good. Because they took pics of some blinds cleaned but others that weren't cleaned , they were turned as if we wouldn't see them...wich they were not done. I'm not saying they didn't clean. It smelled nice anyway and the refrigerator was done. They sprayed bleach on the oven door and left it.(had to go to store to buy easy off and clean it myself, That was one of my biggest requests. They also broke my toilet paper holder and wasn't going to tell me.They proceeded to say they were there all day and worked so hard but I can definitely say may be 4 hrs cleaning and than waited untill 530 for me to get off work. I ended up having to go to Walmart and buy a toilet paper holder and easy off. We ended up cleaning, dusting furniture, dusting fans, and cleaning oven. We were there cleaning for at least 4 hrs. I'm sure they are going to say the house was dirty but that's why I hired you. I wouldn't pay someone to clean a clean house. Also.... they kept asking me about what my deposit... and the things that need replaced they didn't bother cleaning. I'm not the owner so whatever was there just should have at least been wiped out and cleaned. That's what I paid for. We finally got out of there around 10 and at 930 she asked for a fb review. So here it is. It took me a couple days because I was so upset. I feel like the up charge thing is their jam . Be careful. I do not recommend them. It's to bad I was trying to support a Mother and Daughter small business... ugh
