        We've been working with Paul Argus with Health Markets Insurance Agency for a few years, but recently when we've had issues with the provider, Florida Blue.  Paul has done nothing on our behave to address or resolve the issues.  His only recommendation was to find a new agent.  Paul's good at giving seminars, lip service, smiling, etc.  When it comes to servicing his clients he falls woefully short.

        I went in on a Tuesday and was treated like a second class citizen I pay my taxes and the audacity this gentleman PAUL ARGUS had towards me was beyond baffling in my 40 years of experience dealing with an insurance agent . What they quoted me was extremely over priced. I can’t believe anyone would buy any insurance from such a person. His front desk worker was nice though and treated me with respect something Paul knows nothing about and in this season of good spirit I was dumbfounded Someone would act like this . I WOULD NEVER treat client like this might have to contact the better business bureau .
