Dunkin's Diamonds

We came to Dunkin diamonds with a number of rings that needed resizing and needed diamonds replaced and added to one ring. Magdelana was so helpful in all the different things we needed done. She was very prompt with the estimates for fixing my jewelry and she always kept us advised to the progress of the repairs. We appreciate her professionalism and her helpfulness. I have been a loyal customer at Dunkins Diamonds for over 20 years at their Ohio and SWFL locations. Never will I go to any other jeweler after having solitaire diamond switched out at jewelry store in Columbus, OH. Dunkins does not cheat their customers. The owner Stuart Dunkin runs an honest business being profitable. Ive had several repairs on my watch and bracelet. Their attentive experienced goldsmith & certified watchmaker both in house completed the work in a reasonable time frame of 2-3 weeks or faster at a fair price. Other jewelers I priced over the phone would charge more and take more time. Then when I wanted to treat myself to gorgeous 4ct diamond studs, I shopped online and in stores for highest quality at lowest price. Don't we all want that? Of course, Dunkins had in Mercado store had stunning lab made studs that looked larger than 2cts apiece at lowest price. Online retailers had similar lab studs at comparable cost, but I wasn't comfortable spending thousands buying online. Plus, I had to see the earrings on myself! Their extraordinary sparkle from across the store made me feel special. Then the Mercado store manager Allyson said she'd help me with the price! Bullseye! That was all I needed to hear to close the sale that same day. Immense immediate gratification on the spot is worth celebrating. Before I floated out of the store, the knowledgeable staff reminded me to come back regularly for cleaning and to have the prongs checked for security for free! What other jewelry store would care if a customer's diamond fell out? Most would just want to sell you another diamond! For this reason and others, I'm a devoted and appreciate customer comfortable going into any of DUNKINS DIAMONDS 10 locations. I know every store will consistently have jaw dropping jewelry and designer watches. They will insure that I'll get their lowest price and happily help me with any repairs.
