Geek Squad

I bought Geek squad care plan for my computer approximately 10 years ago. Since then I have not had their services since2015. Every two years I continue to get an email telling me I am being charged for a service contract to the tune of over $400.00. When I try to call them to cancel it becomes obvious that this is a scam. Donor turn on your computer as they request to cancel through your computer- DO notify your bank or charge cards that this is a fraudulent charge.

The staf is very profissional, attentive and kind When I went to buy my Go Pro Max 360. But a need a help! Please, I made a purchase at the Best Buy Naples store on 11/21/23 in cash and when I checked back in Brazil I realized that I lost the payment receipt in case I needed to activate the warranty. I've tried asking via chat many times without success. Do you have an email address so I can request to send a PDF here in Brazil?
