Second Vespa Ive purchased from Vespa of Naples - first one destroyed in Hurricane Ian - service, pricing and friendliness was as good this time as last - clearly, I am a very happy customer - and highly recommend them - you cant go wrong with these guys.

Despite a great dealership, obtaining certain vehicles from here may cause delays with certain part warranties. If your vehicle needs maintenance, it's a great service center. However, if certain parts are covered under a manufacturing warranty, it can cause delays in the service. In my case, I was left without my vehicle for almost a MONTH. This was due to communication delays from the manufacturer as well as shipping delays. While I can understand this, it's a huge blow for someone left without transport. I DID NOT have a good time without my transportation. Once my scooter was serviced, the drive belt snapped not even a day later. Despite all the service done, I was not given proper guidance and I feel like the drive belt was overlooked ( even if it needed replacement from user wear, I should have been suggested to replace it according to mileage, etc..) Competing Service centers were kind enough to offer pick up outside of Collier County, Vespa does not allow this.

After dealing with Vespa Naples for over 7 years, they have always provided the best in service and sales experience. I have dealt with them on 15 Vespas now and will only do business with them. When I lost 6 nearly brand new Vespa in Hurricane Ian, they went above and beyond to help us get through a very traumatic time. Steve and Ethan are the best team. Always honest and professional. Also have the best dogs in the world!
