        I brought in six pairs of eyeglasses to put in new prescription.. they took so long I had to file a dispute with Amex.. finally got them back.. several glasses totally fell apart.. the prescription is wrong they forced wrongfully cut lenses into my glasses.. I have been wearing glasses for over 60 years I have NEVER had incompetence as I have had with this place.. just so unacceptable on so many levels!!
