Very disappointed with their recycling program. Not clear. Register receipt is a mile long. Cashier rushes you through without clarifying anything. You won't know if your reward has been processed until a month later and if you don't save your receipt, consider your time and efforts a loss and in vain.

I tried numerous times to print three documents from my phone and couldnt seem to get it done. I asked for help and was ridiculed by the guy working in that department. He told me I was in the self service department. He actually said duh to me. I was so upset and asked for a manager and complained about how I had been treated. She tried to help but couldnt get the machine to print the docs either. So clearly not meit was the machine. I will never go back to this store. I went to UPS and they printed the documents and was out of there in two minutes! So disappointed in this Staples and the employee in the copy department.

it's very expensive to print at this store. i went in november 2022, and the cost per page for a printout costs 21 cents a page for black and white printout. there is also tax added to the subtotal. there is only 1 self-service printer in the store, which means that you need to wait for the person ahead of you to finish their print job or copy job. that wait will take a long time
