        I havent had time to get to the dog groomer yet how can I give this place a 1 bad communication on the phone making an appointment is disrespectful to the client. Maybe Tiffany is good with animals but not with people.-1 client

        Tiffany is awesome! We saw rave reviews on FB. When we got our Shitzu pups a year ago, we knew where we were taking them! We drive from Marco Island to Naples to see her. Scooter and Rocky love going to see her!! Calm, stress free atmosphere. We highly recommend her!

        After arriving for a confirmed 10 oclock appointment, Tiffany was not there. I called and she said that I did not have an appointment for two weeks. She said, if I have to I will be there in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I called her back and asked her if she was coming and she said she didnt feel like working on my dog today and she wasnt going to do it. I went by her shop and she was there and she refused to do my dog. Ill never go back.

She has 20 years of experience in veterinarian offices, boarding facilities, and different groomers, including five years on Marco Island. Many people have come to know Tiffany as someone who has a seemingly "sixth sense" of animals. She can put even the most nervous clients at ease.
