I had a written request to exchange (not cancel) one of your framed pieces for the digitals so I'm unsure where the frustration is coming from. I have record of that, my reply, an updated receipt noting the request for exchange, and the family downloading the images the same day as the exchange.Sent 12/12: "We have reconsidered and would like to order the small framed photo and the digitals." - ClientMy ordering process is always reviewed verbally prior to booking, sent via email prior to booking with the party arranging the session, and client booking signs a very detailed contract confirming it has been reviewed with all parties involved. If it is more than you are comfortable with, that needs to be determined prior to booking with me as all information is shared and very upfront about my requirement for finished work. The family member booking the session does sign off they have informed all parties who are involved in this process, by the time we shoot and it is your reveal day there should be no surprises with all that is reviewed and sent. This includes your spouse and/or everyone on an extended family session who will be involved in the ordering process so there are no surprises at the reveal for anyone.
