        From the very beginning with our tile arriving early and them staying on schedule to the end they were great! Communication is responded to quickly and respectfully. Unheard of in this industry! On top of all that we got a nail in our tire from the roofing and they immediately accepted full responsibility and are paying our expense for the new tire plus coming back to re- sweep our lawn! Logan was great to work with and entire crew as well. Highly recommend them

        Our experience with echo has been one of the most professional and satisfying experiences we have had with any contractor, James Tilley the account manager was more of a friend through this whole process. He was diligent carefully insured that we were clear and on every aspect he was there, the workers in each phase of our project had full knowledge skills and ability and performed expertly our roof is the talk of the neighborhood and we are so proud that we selected echo my wife, Carol, and I would recommend echo to anyone seeking a most satisfying Roofing experience.         This company & particularly James, the project manager that ran my job giving me a new roof is a wonderful person who you want to do your work. He's communicative, professional, has a very hard working crew. He's considerate, informative & kept me abreast of all the things as they were being done. Even the cleanup was done very well.         Bonnet House Museum & Gardens is a historic house museum in Fort Lauderdale. We chose Eco Roof and Solar for replacing wood shake shingles on most all the historic structures. One unconventional aspect of the project was a covered walkway where the shakes needed to be visible from below to maintain historic accuracy. Eco worked diligently to find the solution that worked. Their field management team is great. Service: Roof installation
