Theres a reason EVERY review of My Shower Door has 5 stars! Our salesperson, John, could NOT have been more helpful. He explained all the options, listened to what we wanted and made helpful recomendations without trying to over-sell us. He went above and beyond the call of duty during the measuring process, and alerted us to improperly installed tiles (we NEVER would have spotted the issue on our own) and prevented problems with water which would have leaked out of the enclosure! The installers were quick and professional and competed the process in half a day, and the results were gorgeous! This should be your first stop, and will be your LAST STOP for your bath and shower enclosure needs.

Definitely a 5 STAR +experience with "My Shower Door North Naples". Recently had my shower door removed and reinstalled by My Shower Door installers following some work on my shower threshold to solve a leak problem. (sub contractor they recommended for the threshold repair was top shelf, reputable and very professional.) Well, after the door was reinstalled, the leak continued. While it took two repair efforts the techs figured out the problem and made the fix! Brandon Boyer from the North Naples store spearheaded the effort to make sure the problem was addressed. He was determined, professional, and assured me that the problem would be fixed - and it was! No leaks!!! The staff at the store with Brandon, the installers and the service rep that reached out to me could not have been more helpful or professional. This speaks volumes for the My Shower Door Co. Its so refreshing to deal with a company that does not abandon you after the sale! Well done ! Thank you

First, it should be stated that I have used My Shower Door in my previous home. Because of that excellent experience, I chose to use them again in my new home. From start to finish, the entire process has been professionally handled. They deliver on their promises, and that is extremely important in any business. I HIGHLY recommend My Shower Door - you won't be disappointed.
