        I ordered new flooring for my home. It was damaged during the delivery. Dan R., a manager at the Naples store provided excellent client service and all the damaged flooring was picked up on a Friday and undamaged product delivered on the following Monday. He kept me informed throughout the process. He is an outstanding individual.
