*2022 Update - business is under new management (?) and the whole vibe of the place is different. An employee put an incoming call on speaker when answering the phone with a line full of customers in the store. Weirdly unprofessional tone and attitude. I'm not sure I'll continue to use this place if this is the new normal. Something feels off. --------- Absolutely the best. I've been using this service center since I moved to Naples almost 10 years ago and they have never let me down. The few times I've had to use other service centers I was disappointed and regretted going anywhere else. (Went to the nearby Firestone in a pinch once and was treated like an annoyance.) I was impressed the very first time that I took my car here. The young man at the counter was courteous and empathetic when I refused all additional recommended work on my old car due to financial constraints. Pat has consistently provided great service and will almost always fit my car in for an oil change even if they're booked solid. Reliable and friendly - exactly what a neighborhood service center should be.

Second time here and received terrible treatment from whoever was working the front desk. I called prior to my visit to schedule an oil change and they said they had an opening right away and it would take about a half hour to complete. Upon arriving I was told I never spoke to them and that they had no available appointments and it would take over an hour for an oil change. Meanwhile they only had 2 cars in the service bays. Two service bays were open with no cars with nobody in the waiting room. This is my second time using Tuffy and I will not be returning.

Worst customer service ever So under staffed. The manager literally push you away. Like they don't want your business. Make a appointment 3 weeks out. They will never rotate your tires unless their brand new. I have perfectly good tires on my cars. On two separate occasions same excuse. Legally they can't. They just don't want to do it. Try to force you to buy new ones. They straight up lied twice. Service: Tires
