I was stuck on the alley stressed, alone and needing a tow. In searching I seen all of the great reviews and thats why I choose them. I made no mistake. The owner got in it right away. They were kind and understanding and gave me the best deal. Will be recommending to everyone.

Very prompt! My own towing through Mercedes left me stranded and never showed. Jim with Black Dog towing showed up very quickly after I contacted them and quickly got me settled! Thanks again!

I have had my car towed numerous times throughout my life but not once have I ever even thought about leaving a review until I called Black dog. The owner named Jim, or should I say top dog at black dog, was the person who took care of me over the phone. This guy was incredibly friendly and professional. We even shared a few laughs which is a rarity when you call for a tow due to the state of mind youre in obviously. I could tell he runs a tight ship because He sent someone out literally right away. He even called me back 5 mins after our call because he already sent a guy out named Michael to help me, and I was scrambling on the phone with my girlfriend so I was late with getting him the address on where Michael was going, but luckily the owner was on top of it. Heres where things get even better somehow, Michael was undoubtedly one of the most personable and coolest people that Ive ever had the opportunity of meeting. If I grew up in Virginia w this guy we honestly might be best friends right now. Not only that but he was crazy selfless and well-mannered. The reason I say that is because Michael came to my rescue and helped me when out when I had absolutely no one else to help me this guy helped me roll my car in neutral in the middle of a crowded gas station for about 50-60 yards until we got it off to the side so it could be loaded up properly. He even insisted that all I have to do is sit and steer and he will do all the pushing. I obviously did not allow him to be the only one pushing because thats just not the kind of person I am or was raised to be but its the thought and the offer that counts. But What really stood out to me the most is that this Michael guy actually felt the need to thank me for helping him push and steer MY car if that doesnt hint at or tell you the type of people youre dealing with at black dog then Im not sure what will aside from all that the price of the tow was crazy affordable which was semi surprising considering were currently living in Bidens America so that was another delightful surprise. Legitimately cant even remember the last time I left a review for a company whether it was good or bad, Ive never been one to tattle tale on a restaurant or small business nor have I ever felt the need to leave a review for exceptional service until right now. Needless to say I will obviously be calling black dog again if I ever, god forbid, need another tow in southwest Florida. I even saved Michaels cell in my phone for petes sake. If you happen to unfortunately find yourself in the predicament of needing a tow in Southwest Florida, then I highly recommend you contact Black Dog.

While having your car towed isnt ever a fun experience, Michael at Black Dog made the process as quick and painless as possible. Very friendly and professional service. Black Dog Wwill be my go-to should I ever need the service again!
