Terrible Terrible Terrible service. The vets must be on a high horse where they are too important to give face. Another angry customer told them they just lost a customer. They lost 2 in the span of a few minutes. *Drove 45 min here got here at 3:50. It's 5:20 Listen if you run a business. Show face, don't hide behind your office staff . Girls in the front are great

I've been going to this Banfield location with my dog for over a year and the customer service has been excellent - At first, we often saw Dr. Anderson and more recently have seen Dr. Strenkert. Both are so friendly, sweet with my pup, and willing to answer any questions. They put me at ease when he was neutered and had a dental cleaning by calling me once the procedures were completed and providing clear instructions for his post-op care. I also appreciated the follow up calls on the following day to make sure my dog was doing alright. The team members answering the phone have also been friendly and quick to answer questions. It has helped tremendously! One point of feedback is to make sure the phone lines are open during early morning drop off. At my last visit, I was told to arrive at 7am but stood outside for 20 minutes because the phone number listed on the store door directed me to their automated message stating they were not open.

I did not have the anything similar to what some of the reviewers on here had. I have called multiple times and we have been in multiple times and every time has been very good and the girls at the desk are super then we noticed that someone was putting their dog down that day and they had a really nice candle lit on the counter with a sign that said someone was saying good bye to their friend and to observe with quietness. I thought that was a kind touch. Willow is our new puppy and we all had a good visit, the tech/nurse explained so much, wish I cant remember his name but he had an accent when he spoke and was very thorough with explaining everything and we signed up for the wellness plan and I was able to look at the computer screen and custom make the package with him. He shared his knowledge and explained everything and answered my puppy questions accurately. Didnt see the vet myself because I chose the option to drop off, which was convenient for my work schedule, but the tech spent a lot of time with us to make sure we had a good experience. OVERALL I GIVE THEM A BIG SHOUT OUT. Great service on the phone and in the store. Also this Petsmart is super clean and well merchandised everytime we have been in so it makes it very conventient to grab a doggy dress, pick up my dog and a treat for her when we leave. Oh and also a cute touch, they have a marker board that they put all the dogs for the days name on, our 4 year old loved seeing her bestfriends name up!! LOVED OUR EXPERIENCES, KEEP IT UP!
