You are doing a disservice to the animals and the owners with your current set-up. They claim they never say no but rush through appointments and miss crucial things. Do not recommend Dr. Haller. I do not recommend this location.

I wrote a long letter about my bad experiences at Banfield, then my phone died. I took my newly adopted German Shepherd there approximately a year ago, and was talked into the care plan, which my dog only use twice. At the time I thought it was a good deal, but Im not used to my dog being taken from me and not seeing how she is treated, or what she is given or not given or examined, or not examined, after my first visit, I found out my dog was pregnant. After she had her puppies, and they were all adopted out except for the one I kept, I decided to use the plan to pay one more visit to get her anything she might need she had an accident in my new SUV , on the way to the vet, so I tried to get some help to help me clean my dog and her leash. They told me they didnt do baths there, but I could take her down the street to Petsmart, and give her a bath well, I wasnt going to put her back in the diarrhea in my backseat again , so I had no choice but to leave her there. The girl at the front desk was not very nice to me, but told me that I could use their spray cleaner and the paper towels to clean up anything I needed to. There were only three paper towels left on the roll , so I asked her if she could get me some more paper towels. She said yes I can in a few minutes. Well, she waited on a customer, which she was very nice to not snide like she was with me then about 20 minutes later, she told me they were out of paper towels, and their shipment had not come in , I had no choice but to wash my hands and use my disinfectant spray as good as I could and drive home with the diarrhea in the back of my car. I did have a cover on the seat which saved my seat. I called my husband and asked him to go get her after he left work , which he did. When he brought her home, she still had dried poop all over her and her feet. They couldve at least rinsed her feet off when I got the paperwork, I didnt even get her weight on the paperwork, so I called them and told them I didnt know how much she weighed since she had given birth , they gave me a number which Im not sure was correct or not. I told them they couldve at least wiped her feet off, but oh they didnt have any paper towels. Can you imagine an animal hospital without paper towels? they told me over the phone, well, she did make a mess in our lobby. It wasnt that much of a mess, besides, do you think thats the first time that thats ever happened in an animal hospital. I dont think so. I have worked in five different animal hospitals, and I know what goes on, you dont complain when a dog poops in the floor or walks on the floor with poop on her feet. I will tell everyone I know not to go to this hospital. I am still fuming about it.

Dr. G is amazing! She has been the most helpful veterinarian we have seen since moving to Naples. She takes the time to help your pet and ensure we are addressing the problem and not just trying to sell you on a ton of extras. You can really tell she cares about your animals! Highly recommend her!
