Wonderful vet practice. So much so that I referred a fellow cat-owner to them. My recent visit yesterday reaffirmed my desire to give this practice another 5 star review.

These vets are great. At first they didnt have an immediate appointment. It wasnt an emergency so I had them put me on a list in case of a cancellation. They called the next day and they needle aspirated the lump on Simons, my dog, head. Turned out to be a sebaceous cyst. No worries

AVOID THIS CLINIC!!! In October 2023, I noticed that my beloved cat was having trouble breathing. Concerned, I immediately scheduled an emergency vet appointment for the next day. During the visit, I described the symptoms and even showed them a recording of the unusual noise my cat was making. However, the vet claimed they didn't hear anything abnormal and my cat wouldn't allow them to examine his chest. Unfortunately, the vet did not thoroughly examine my cat and dismissed my concerns. Instead, they misdiagnosed him with asthma and prescribed medication. They made it seem like nothing was wrong but I insisted so they suggested we could do X-rays but to wait to see if the medication helps and then to come back a week later for X-rays.Tragically, due to their negligence and misdiagnosis, they suggested to euthanize my cat and he passed away in less than 48 hours. It was a devastating loss that could have possibly been prevented if the vet had taken my concerns more seriously and provided proper care.
