Ann Taylor

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Ann Taylor store in Naples and I must say it was an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish. A big part of that was thanks to the great staff. Kara went above and beyond to ensure that I left the store with items that not only fit perfectly but also made me feel beautiful and confident.

After driving out of my way to visit the Ann Taylor at Waterside in Naples, what a disappointment to walk into their store and be completely ignored by five or six sales assistants who were currently on the floor. No greeting, no eye contact, no offer to help and no goodbye when I left! No problem! Naples is full of wonderful stores staffed by caring, helpful and friendly employees. Ann Taylor is not one of them.

For the folks from Canada; please give the store another try, 3 years is a long time to hold a grudge. Was just in there and the staff really go out of their way to assist you. Things I like; the quality of the petite clothing is great, the store is well lit, changing rooms are spacious. As with most petite stores I really wish they had more to choose from.
