        Ive always had a good experience in this store; the staff are very friendly. They just reopened in a larger space and its beautiful and spacious. Louise helped me today she remembered me from my bag and was super helpful and attentive. Cant wait to go back!

        Visited the store and asked to purchase a black tote based on the floor model. The associate wrapped up one from the back, "so I didn't have to buy the floor model." When I arrived home, the purse was navy. I called and spoke to a very rude associate who noted they had been out of the black for awhile. The associate that sold me the purse was either too lazy to confirm the correct color or just wanted to make a sale. They asked me to drive back and exchange it (even though they don't have my color).
