I was flabbergasted when I received a letter in the mail one year after my case was supposed to be filed which I'm guessing they probably didn't because they decided they no longer want to be my attorney and a medical malpractice case. Who does that? Are you backing out because you're not strong enough you think that you can't win the case because obviously you took the case a year ago because you believed in it ? Not an advisable attorney they flake on you they actually wanted me to pay for the gathering of evidence another very strange thing I don't think they have the financial backing for the want to it has to be easy peasy for them...m
