Aquafina Pool Supplies LLC

Pool tech and small biz owner here. I came to this place about a year ago for liquid chlorine, as it was a Saturday and my usual purveyor was closed. I knew it was going to be expensive, and I resigned to that as it's retail. But when I asked for refills he got visible irate. I guess it's a hassle for him to refill others jugs instead of leasing out his own, that are already filled and waiting there. I asked to have mine refilled. He wanted to charge me for stickers on the jugs, literally every other pool store does it for free. When I tried to decline he got real pushy about it, says it's the law.. I basically had to say no thank you I'm not paying an extra $25 for stickers. He literally threw my jugs back at me across the counter and yelled for me to get out. The owner definitely had anger issues.

I have been coming here 4+ years and never a bad experience. The owners are super knowledgeable and will definitely help get your pool crystal clear. I drive 30min from Spring Hill because i will not deal with ANY other place! This place is great!

I never had a problem with the female owner. It is her husband or boyfriend that is the reason why I stopped buying from Aquafina. He is very rude and condescending. I like to support small local businesses but not this one. I stopped going here for pool supplies due to him. Very rude.

Staff was rude, and turned down business due to not having a mask! Dont waste your time!!
