I recently utilized the services of all aboard storage for my recent move, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and efficiency made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably smooth. They were attentive to my needs, provided clear instructions, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Their outstanding service truly made a difference during a challenging time, and I am grateful for their assistance. Thank you to Kayla and the entire team for making my move a lot less stressful.

Nice facility and convenient location to where I live. My experience was this......... I purchased a 24ft RV and the Glencoe location was happy to sign me up for a lease to keep it in the uncovered lot. I was told that they plan to cover parts of the lot and I may have to temporarily move. I am then told we have negotiated pricing to move temporarily to the Edgewater location, assuming I would come back to the Glencoe location after the construction is complete. I was also told some uncovered spots at Glencoe would exist. Now I'm sure management will point to the fine print of the contract and I don't have a legal leg to stand on. Perception is reality and my perception along with other customers did not understand that my lease with the Glencoe location would be temporary, lasting only three months, then terminated and forced to leave.
