        Worked with this company over a month. Didn't fix anything. Wouldn't return calls. Let us without heat and really messed up air conditioning. I will give them all of the advertising they deserve. Services: A/C system maintenance, Heating system repair, Thermostat repair, Repair HVAC

        Owner Mike is extremely unprofessional. He hired my company as a favor to clean up a drain line that his guys didnt clean. We did it but realized the customer had more issues and did go above and beyond and leak checked the system and added more refrigerant. He received the bill and immediately started putting down our company and told me I needed to find another job. I have honestly never had anyone talk to me the way he did and I have spoken to thousands of business/service company owners. The customer did need more help and he would not allow us to help them because he thought we over charged. I itemized the bill so it was transparent but he didnt even ask questions or care his customer was dripping water all over the XRAY machine. He just insulted me and my company. I then called the customer and apologized that we couldnt come back. Very Unprofessional. Service: Repair HVAC

      Ok I'm sorry u feel that way but please tell me what they supposedly did because this company has been dormant since Covid Hit This company was 99% commercial service. so getting them to fix your A/C is going to be very difficult. writing bad review definitely wont help. I am the owner of this company and here is my cell phone I would love to hear about this.. please call 251-455-5598 that is my personal cell phone so please call me maybe I can help. And If anyone else is having trouble with A company that is not operating please call me I'd love to hear about it. Thank you I am Mike!!!!! PS we are preparing to come out of rest before summer hits so be ready for it.

      Ya nice story. We hired this company to go clear the drain line because that is all it needed they sent me a bill for $728.75The unit was off on drain line safety switch and I’m guessing they disabled the switch because now it’s leaking water which it never did before so they wanted to charge even more to go do some ghost work it didn’t need after they accidentally or purposely sabotaged these peoples units. If they would do this to a fellow contractor imagine what they would do to a little old lady. This is the company you see on tv ripping people off. What a disgrace to the profession. BTW they are a A/c company I’m a mechanical contractor. You will see the difference if you look SMHOH FAKE REVIEWS TO THIS CONOANY NEVER USED MY COMPANY IF THE HAD I GARANTEE THEY WIULD NOT HAVE GOT A $728.75 bill to clean a drain line
