I am sitting in parking lot waiting on my boyfriend, and I am very pleased at the way we both were treated as we walked in and then once we went in the back. CHARITY, Brian's (Bj) nurse, emmediately made us both feel at ease and like we belonged there
She even went out of her way to make sure that I knew that they could help me too. I just want to say, I too work in customer service, as a front desk Manager in a Hotel, and true, down home hospitality is nowa rarity these days ,and for the ones that actually are in guest services because they think ruly want to make a difference..
..kudos to you, because you do.I was having a very rough morning before I came here, and your genuine friendliness touched me and gave me a genuine smile in return. Thank you Mrs. Charity, and Blessings to you!
