The staff was great with Linky Dinky. Everything was explained clearly and everyone was very patient and understanding. Dr. Bloomer was the best!

Losing a pet is so hard and losing one unexpectedly on vacation is the worst. The staff at Emergency Veterinary Clinic in Niceville were just what we needed as we had to say goodbye to our little dog Chloe! Kind, compassionate and patient, they walked us through the heartbreaking process at our pace, allowing us as much time as needed. We cant thank them enough! Upon returning home, we received the sweetest condolence card. Such a special touch. Thank you again for helping us through a difficult time.

I cannot speak enough gratitude for the care and experience we had here. Our Oreo was rushed there from Destin Animal clinic after 2 hours of testing to stabilizing him for transport ( they are also heros). It was touch and go to get him stabilized and if we would have to make the heart-wrenching decision to let him cross over. From the intake and initial assessment from dr Phil Brousse, DVM and figuring out his history to how we got there to DR Thompson, DVM ( who graciously took my call at 2am to talk real talk and advise and be real and compassionate) to DR Brousse, DVM whom had seen my kid before at Destin animal clinic over the years and was a sight for sore eyes I cannot express my gratitude. We went with palliative care once he stabilized. It was touch and go the first night. Our kid had the will, he fought, we all fought for him and today he is recuperating. He went for a walk today, slayed some lizards and is eating, snuggling and walking the neighborhood a small block a week later. We dont know with his heart condition if we have many days, months, years longer but we do know he is not suffering and living out his best life thanks to the wonderful team here. I would be remised if I did not aknowledge every staff member there that went above and beyond with their care, phone and in person compassion and love. Forever grateful family.

Dr BRUCE forgot to administer the relief medication before shutting down our Chihuahuas organs.AWFUL EXPERIENCE and traumatizing. Have had good experiences until this evening with Dr Bruce, he was cold hearted, mean, spoke softly so we couldnt hear him behind his mask, took our dog, laid him on the table and administered euthanasia medication making my chihuahua scream for mercy, TECH SAID HE FORGOT TO ADMINISTER THE FIRST SHOT - cold hearted man. He told us what he would do and didnt do what he said. He did the opposite. Ive had to put a 15 yr old down before and it was peaceful and a relief for her to be out of pain, this time, Dr Bruce made it a brutal incident. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM NOR WILL WE EVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN, HE WAS AWFUL, DR BRUCE IS Cold and mean. HOW COULD HE HAVE FORGOTTEN the most important part of EUTHANASIA? You dont shut down organs without the first shot to relieve the dog of pain.
