I manage a large fence and gate installation company here in the panhandle of Florida. I utilize AET to do all of our automation needs for our gates. They are super easy to work with, and their customer service is superb. They not only offer a high quality install, but they offer maintenance programs tailored to each client, keeping your system running in tip top shape. I cant say enough great things about the team they have. From Warnock designing the systems to Daryl, Matt and Eli providing custom quality craftsmanship. These guys rock! Matt and Eli came to install the electronics on our gate and what awesome young men! Their work ethic is wonderful! They did a wonderful job and a wonderful job explaining all of the functions and operations of the gate. Each time we went out to take water or check the mail or something, they were always working - I dont think they ever took a break. Very courteous and professional. Their supervisor Matt was amazing to explain everything and keep us updated on every step. If you have any doubt about using American Eagle, dont! You will not be disappointed! Thank you all!

Great customer service! Matt has been working with me to try and correct a problem with my gate opener installed by another company. He has been patient and responsive as we have worked through issues including having the entire opener unit shipped back to the company for bench testing. Today, three days before Christmas on a Friday he finished the job and everything works perfectly. Cant say enough about how nice it is to work with someone who cares about his customers. Highly recommended
