We just had an issue with our kitchen sink. We had purchased a home in 2021 and we are past our warranty. Andrew took care of this immediately. I give Randy Wise 10 stars !! It was during the Holiday and we are do are so impressed. We are very pleased that they are willing to take care of something that was due to a contractor error. We highly recommend this builder !!

Customer service is great until you buy the house, then they want nothing to do with you.. 0/10 would not recommend.

NOV 17 update: Still no change. They still have yet to make any attempt to contact me or work to some kind of agreement. (Throughout this entire process) Such a top notch organization! SIKE. NOV 2 update: Still no word back on the engineer report. They again ignored my personal contact attempts to try to come to some resolution. I also want to make it known, they contacted my UNIT COMMAND (Im in the Army) early in this process when I left the original review. OCT 24th update: Have been very patient waiting on the engineer report. Its been 9 weeks. Since they threatened to sue me (August 3rd), lawyers have been involved for a while now and still nothing. I attempted to reach out personally a week ago to come to some sort of resolution and they continue to ignore me. Guess its time to go to court! Ill continue to update until a resolution is reached. 7OCT- we have been waiting over 6 weeks for an engineer report. I have been trying to be very patient and work with them (through lawyers since they still havent attempted to contact me) but they clearly dont care about the problem and are in no hurry to do anything. 1AUG UPDATE: I have still yet to hear any response from this company in regards to my issue. My yard is still getting worse. They built a new home next door to me. When they prepped the lot they built it much higher than mine and sloped it over into my yard. By doing so they routed all the rain water from the front of the house down my side yard creating a terrible erosion issue. When my neighbor and I contacted them my neighbor was told their home warranty doesnt cover it and Randy wise simply forwarded me the warranty reply saying its not getting fixed. I replied stating my neighbors warranty has nothing to do with the problem they created in my yard. They quit responding. I will be contacting the city and county, and take whatever other means necessary until they fix the problem they created. I wish I could post the video that shows the water funneling straight to / down my yard.
