This place has it figured out. I walked in the door unannounced, and Monika greeted me by name. Granted, it was 11 pm my time in Ga. I asked her how did she know my name? She said everyone checked in tonight besides you. Mind blown! Once I got settled, I noticed my electric razor was dead and didn't have the charger. I went to the lobby to purchase a razor and shaving cream. But Ralph wouldn't let me purchase the items I needed. He just gave them to me and said they were complimentary. What a GREAT staff!!

We were looking forward to our stay here after a very long day. We were greeted with a huge smile from the individual working the desk. She was super friendly and gave a thorough rundown of the hotel and amenities. The room, albeit small, was very clean and well-equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the smart TV let us connect our streaming services. There is a small desk for any light work arms would work in a pinch if you needed to eat there. We were completely satisfied with the room and hotel overall until the next morning when it was time to shower. The shampoo was completely out in the shower and the water pressure was horribly low, even on the high-pressure setting. It was a process to just get all of the soap rinsed off of me. Fix the shower situation and I'd come back any time.

Newer place, clean, nice layout, rooms basic, but well designed. AC was not too loud or distracting, bed was good. Free basic breakfast and coffee was good. Used Hilton Honors app for check in and key. Worked out well. Shower was good for tall person, water stream was just adequate. Cost was reasonable

We had a mishap with booking and didn't realize the mistake until check-in. With the help and kindness of Timi, the situation was fixed very quickly. She was extremely accommodating and went out of her way to help us. We appreciate her assistance and would recommend staying here if you're in the area.
