Fantastic! I obtained my Green Card in less than 10 months. Caroline & her staff were very thorough, patient, courteous and time efficient throughout the whole process. I absolutely recommend her and her team to anyone in need of help with immigration. Offering services in many languages ( french for me ) and at a very competitive fee, I give 5 to Caroline and team! My husband and I chose Compass Immigration in March of 2023 to help with my Adjustment of Status application with the USCIS. Caroline and Lizbeth provided expert guidance through each step of the way. And we were notified in November 2023 that our application was approved. Caroline and Lizbeth did a great job for us. I would highly recommend them for any immigration-related issue.

This business is absolutely horrible. The lawyer won't talk to you, she will have her secretary screen you and ask you many personal questions just to be able to schedule a appointment. I felt uncomfortable giving a stranger (a secretary)whom i know nothing about my personal information. Then when you answer the questions they will discriminate against you. The lawyer then tells me the secretary has power of attorney yet there wasn't any of this disclosed in the beginning of our phone call. The lawyer then decides after i tell her she needs to make her appointment scheduling better she hangs up on me. This lawyer should be investigated. I do not recommend anyone use her.
