We cannot say enough about Greg & his team. A+++ all around! Closed on-time. Interest rate and closing costs were lower than expected. Very knowledgeable about which loans products would work best for our situation. We never thought we'd be able to qualify for a loan, but Greg & his team made it possible through the USDA loan program. Any obstacles that arose, Greg & his team had the solution and made sure we got our loan! Any questions we had (and we had a LOT due to self-employment and 1099's), they were readily available and prompt to respond. We are so happy and in the home of our dreams because of them! :) We are have already recommended them to our family, which will be moving to the area within the next year, and highly recommend anyone who is looking for a loan to seek out Greg & his team FIRST. They will make your loan process smooth and stress-free.
