Curtis is a good guy that knows what hes doin. My hot water heater wasnt producing hot water he came straight out and found the problem and replaced a element and not I have hot water. Woke up to a toilet leaking and needing a wax seal and drain unclogged, and ended up getting all 3 in the house taken care of. I called at 0715 in the morning and the owners wife answered. Even though it was before business hours and I woke her, she still got me scheduled for the same day! The owner showed up at 0830 with an apprentice where he walked me through step by step what he was doing and why, all while taking the time to train his young employee. I am more than pleased with this companies professionalism and customer service. I especially appreciate them cleaning up after themselves leaving my home better than they found it.
