Very rude on the phone, didn't seem to care about my issue.

I was referred by the Florida Bar. Once I was able to speak with someone, they scheduled a phone meeting. They never called, and when I tried calling twice the phone went to voicemail. I left a message but have not received a response a week later. Maybe they didn't want my case, but this is also very unprofessional and I can't recommend them on any basis.

I always hesitate to write a review but I feel that is my only recourse at this point since Mr. Johnson has not returned calls or emails. We contacted Mr. Johnson to help us draft addendums to our real estate transaction. At first he was responsive, but pushy that we should change our title company to his. Once we paid the retainer and had an initial call with him to discuss our needs, we realized that he was not the type of attorney/human we wanted to do business with and asked to sever our ties. He agreed to return any unused portion of the retainer. We feel that the bill was inflated and when we asked him for clarity, he said he would look into it but has since ghosted us. He won't return calls or respond to multiple emails. Take your business elsewhere. From our experience with Mr. Johnson he is dishonest and not pleasant to speak with, not to mention he brought zero value. We found him to be condescending and short. He charged us for reading our purchase agreement, but could not speak to any of it when we had a call with him to discuss our needs. Very unprofessional and disappointing through our limited--handful of emails-- and 13 min phone call experience.
