Update: William has completely disappeared. Doesn't answer calls or texts, never responds to messages. He promised 2x a year maintenance and is no where to be found!! Local Cooling Solutions gets way more than 5 stars from me!! After coming home at 5:30 in the evening to find my air handler (in the attic) had leaked into my bedroom and an inch of water on the floor, I paniced!! LCS was the only company to return my call (I called 5 others including a company that I had used in the past.) Nichole, realizing I was in a state of panic, reassured me that they would be able to help. She took my information and immediately called William. She assured me that as soon as he finished the job he was on he would head to my place. William arrived later that night, even though it was really late, he was friendly, professional, polite and knowledgeable!! He worked well into the morning to make sure I would have working air conditioning. I decided that it made more sense to replace my very old system. I was never pressured into anything other than what I wanted. William and Jason came back the next day and installed the new unit. The job was done quickly, with no set backs and I was back up and running in less than a day!! Thank you to William, Nichole and Jason!!! I will always trust Local Cooling Solutions for all my AC needs!!

Roofing company shot a nail thru the AC freon line & let us know immediately. We called & they were here by noon. It was about a 2-3 hour fix & a bit pricey but the roofing company is paying half which I appreciate! It was only costly because it wasn't a warranty fix for our unit. But they did a great job & I can't ask for a more courteous & friendly company. The people at this company are the best! Thanks! Service: A/C system repair

During a re-roofing of our house, a large piece of insulation had fallen on the A/C Unit. The interior temperature of the house was up to 81 degrees - since I was out of town, my wife called Local Cooling Solutions for help ! The tech thoroughly checked over our system and explained the nuances involving automatic shutdown. He stayed to ensure that everything was all right and the house started to cool down. I was amazed for the first time in a long time a company who cares! My AC was set to 74 and it was 82 in the house and this kept happening every couple of months. My AC is only 2 years old . It turns out the company who installed the drain pipe incorrectly. Others had been out here including original company. Justin had a big day and still came to my house at 7:30 pm and fixed it !
