Saddleworth Green

I am very tired of the water being constantly cut off. Most of the time, it was announced in advance. Today, the water was suddenly cut off without notice. The houses are so old they are not worth the rent I pay. The walls are very thin. I come home from work at night and constantly wake up to the sound of my upstairs neighbor's every step and furniture squeaking . I reported it to the office many times and nothing was done. Afterwards, I sent an e-mail and didn't even get a response. I'm looking forward to moving out .

The apartment complex has had many issues with maintenance as long as Ive lived here ( cockroaches , air conditioning , leaks inside , disposal , dishwasher , etc ) however I will say the maintenance team has always been prompt in coming out to fix these issues or resolve them best they can . Daniel has been awesome , always friendly, respectful , always gets the job done and makes sure I am happy with the result .

The complex is quiet. Interior is updated but the handiwork of the contractors they used is a mixture of Ray Charles and Stephen Hawking if they teamed up for a House Flipping show, but its enough and not full of bugs or mold. On a good note Daniel the groundskeeper is phenomenal. Hes personable, prompt and thinks ahead and does a great job. Ive only had to request service on a couple things but hes done a great job with everything hes responded to.
