Ive lived many places and this is one place I can say has gone above and beyond prior to my lease starting. After some sudden health issues with family I found myself needing to move back to the area and these meet all luxury standards of downtown Tampa/Houston/and the like. Laurie went through a great deal of trouble to help me get things sorted out and from the gate Malcom and the other residents invited me with open arms. Amazing staff and management team and nothing but great things to say.

Modern architectural designs, and appliances, adorns with many mid-century aesthetics, this place was a great find for me, I moved from Gainesville, and have lived at some classified high end , luxury apartments/ town homes. Canter is on par with those, and their rent rate is very very reasonable if not the best in this market. Amenities are almost the same with luxury apartments, however what I found out is lacking in most complexes management is after sometimes, it declines in its attentiveness and quality of the complex over all. That is one of the biggest crutch, and if consistency is established, this place a great, value, cleanliness, amenities, staffs etc...all on point.

Malcolm was great when I was moving in he was the first to offer his assistance in helping me find a lost package and move it to my apartment. His attitude was wonderful. It is nice to see Canter has friendly helpful employees.
